We want you to love what you ordered! You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise within 7 days of delivery. Returns made within 7 days of delivery in original unworn, unwashed condition with all labels attached will be refunded to the original form of payment within 7 days of return. Refunds of delivery charges will not apply and you will have to cover the risk and costs of returning the item to us.

Flexbae reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty and conduct a production and quality check. If deemed faulty by Flexbae a replacement item will be sent where possible. This is subject to stock availability. A response for Faulty Claims will be received within 48 hours of the garments arrival at Flexbae offices.
