Flexbae does not accept liability for any loss or damages caused by this website, or any website linked to this website. Flexbae reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time without giving reason. We will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.
ORDERING METHOD
Flexbaes website offers online purchasing ONLY!
SHIPPING
Flexbae will publish or display the current shipping rates on the websites as applicable.
Shipping rates may vary or be waived as part of promotions or sales on the website and the part or fully discounted shipping may cease at any time at the discretion of Flexbae.
Flexbae has selected uAfrica for all delivery of orders.
Please ensure you give a delivery address where someone will be at during the day (office hours). Couriers deliver directly to specified address.
The customer CANNOT ask for:
- Specific delivery times*
- Specific delivery dates*
- Courier to ‘call ahead’ to make sure they are home*
The customer CAN ask for:
- Call ahead to obtain access codes to an estate
- Courier to hoot, ring bell, leave at reception etc.
Please note that ‘collection’ means the courier has collected the parcel from us, this is not the delivery date of your order.
Deliveries to rural areas may take a day or two longer. You will receive an SMS with delivery details including the day of intended delivery.
SHIPPING WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA
Orders for delivery within South Africa will arrive within 4-8 business working days from dispatch. Shipping is included in price of garments. This means we exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF SOUTH AFRICA
Unfortunately we do not ship outside of South Africa.
DISPATCH OF ORDERS
Orders are normally dispatched within 4-8 business days of Order Confirmation subject to all ordered items being in stock. This means we exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email.
ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS
On receiving the order the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage. Should the items in the order not be of acceptable quality, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify Flexbae, as soon as possible.
